USFULL DC 1000VDC Fuse is an electrical safety device that operates to provide overcurrent protection of an electrical circuit. Its essential component is a metal wire or strip that melts when too much current flows through it, thereby stopping or interrupting the current. It is a sacrificial device; once a fuse has operated it is an open circuit, and must be replaced or rewired, depending on its type.
Suitable for solar PV power generation system such as Solar PV Combiner Boxes, Solar Inverters, Solar Pump Inverters and so on. The DC fuse minimum current is 1A and maximum current is 32A with 1000VDC voltage and 20KA breaking capacity.
The fuse uses 95 alumina ceramic and sterling silver fuse, so our fuse has a low temperature rise. Accurate protection, small error of agreed fusing time. Our fuse follows the IEC60269-6.
When solar panels or inverters caused overload or short circuit, the dc fuse will trip off immediately, to protect pv panels. Our dc fuse aslo used to protect other electrical parts in dc circuit, when overload or short circuit.
